Terms of Service

These terms govern access to TokenBurn Sentinel. By using the site or service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service scope

TokenBurn Sentinel provides software tools for monitoring AI agent token burn, tool calls, budget thresholds, runaway task signals, cost attribution, alerts, and related reports. The service does not provide legal advice, financial advice, accounting certification, security certification, audit certification, or a guarantee that software work will have zero cost, no errors, or no incidents.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your repositories, code, configurations, connected accounts, budget rules, alert routing, customer billing decisions, compliance obligations, and the accuracy of information you provide. You must have the rights needed to connect agent logs, repositories, issue trackers, customer metadata, and usage data.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload secrets intentionally, violate laws, infringe rights, attack systems, bypass access controls, process data you are not authorized to process, evade provider terms, or misrepresent cost reports or agent activity.

Payments and renewals

Paid plans are purchased through NOWPayments hosted checkout. Crypto payment timing, network fees, supported currencies, confirmations, and payment-processing details are handled by NOWPayments. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed. Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Network fees, completed crypto transfers, abuse, excessive usage, and delivered digital services may limit refund availability. Contact support within 3 business days of the payment if you believe there was a billing error.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and flawless results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenBurn Sentinel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, unexpected AI provider charges, code defects, security incidents, or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

The service may interoperate with GitHub, CI providers, coding agents, model providers, Slack, email providers, Cloudflare, NOWPayments, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, data handling, provider pricing, or changes.
